About Melissa, and her ART!

Melissa Eggler, a creative girl from birth, and a Rochester artist, uses reclaimed materials in all of her work. While she uses many mediums, she especially enjoys creating colorful and intricate crocheted mandalas as a practice of contemplation and meditation, and uses nature's ultimate recycled creation — Seaglass!! An avid traveler, she finds treasures from beaches around the world, and transforms them into unique creations (locally sourced, too!) 

Melissa is also passionate about bringing the community together with local artists through well organized events where the artist is featured, supported and honored for the beauty they bring to this world! 

Her next event, the ART(is)T Therapy Artisan Market on Saturday, June 1st, supports local artists, musicians as well as NAMI SE MN, spreading the awareness of the importance of positive mental health.
